Warriors Win High School Boys Basketball Championship

Congratulations to our High School Boys Basketball team! They beat Champ High 51:45 to win the V Camp League High School Boys Championship.
Yoel Gutierrez, 11th grade, was the top Warrior scorer with 33 points. Connor Bailey, a senior, was top in rebounds with 8.
“I am just really so proud of how they progressed over the season,” said SACM High School Coach Brendan Casey about the whole team. “I never could have imagined they’d be winning a championship in the first game.”
Coach Durnal James added, “It was so intense, but we got the job done. They got the job done. I couldn’t be more proud of these guys.”
Coach Casey added the VIPS of the game were Gutierrez and Carvins Costume, a senior. Costume put forth significant contribution to the win, he said.
